All sessions are completed to the best of the photographer’s ability to fulfill the photographs requested by the client. Smiling Shamrock Photography cannot be held responsible for photographs that could not be taken due to time constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or non-complying children.
If for any reason a ‘retake’ is required, Smiling Shamrock Photography will offer this. A retake is a reshot session to be completed on a different date, and is in no way exchangeable for the cash amount. The retake is a gesture of good will offered by the photographer only for circumstances that fall on the photographer.
If you do not show up to your appointment, and fail to contact Smiling Shamrock Photography with a reasonable amount of notice, any deposit will be kept for time wasted.
All images are edited to the best of the photographer’s ability. Should you require further editing, a fee may be issued for the time taken to do said edits. All of the best photographs are provided to you in the online photo pass album, if there were better pictures, they would have been provided.
The online Photo Pass Album will be available for 30 days. If in that time, you do not download your preferred photos, and/or do not upgrade the album or request a CD from Smiling Shamrock Photography, there will be a $30 fee to reload the album. All prints ordered from Photo Pass are fulfilled through Photo Pass, and the photographer is not liable.
Please keep in mind that all computer monitors, cell phones, and tablets may have different color calibration. Your photo may have a slightly different color profile when printed. Should you chose to print at a local retailer instead of ordering prints from Smiling Shamrock Photography, or Photo Pass, the liability is assumed by you the client, and the printer of your choice.
